Cultural Immersion and Volunteer Work in a Bolivian Village

Experience a change of scenery in rural Bolivia! You will live in a host family, in the heart of a small traditional village. Under the supervision of the village's mayor, you could get involved in different work projects related to health, education, children's activities, agriculture, reforestation, construction, etc. Whether at the day-care center, the elementary school or in the fields, you will learn to live at the same pace of this charming community. Notice to students: There is the opportunity to conduct personal research projects.

Minimum stay : 1 month
Maximum stay : unlimited
Age limits : 18 to 66 years old
Registration fee : $555 CAD + tax
Participation fee : $120 USD per week ($121 CAD) ***
Registration deadline: 3 months before the departure date.
What's included: Pre-departure orientation session, technical support, bus transport to the village, food and lodging.*
