What the program includes:
- Accommodation in a host family;
- Three meals a day, seven days a week;
- All in-country transportation (for activities
organized within the program);
- Volunteer work with the local community (social, agriculture and environmental);
- Spanish lessons in small groups;
- Cultural activities (dance classes, music lessons, workshops on Peruvian culture, traditional bread making, …);
- The services of a Canadian guide for the duration of the program

Summer 2011 Dates: from mid-July to mid-August (exactly dates to be confirmed) Length: 4 weeks Cost: $1975 tax included / person $2075 tax included / person (if you register after March 25th, 2011) What's Not Included: Plane ticket (from $900 to $1200 CAD) Insurance (medical $60 CAD, complete $140 CAD) Passport ($87 CAD) Vaccinations ($100 to $300 CAD) Exit tax ($31 USD) Personal expenses / souvenirs Weekend trips Registration procedure: Participation fees for one of the Discovery Programs can be paid in two separate installments: 1st payment : $500 CAD + tax, before the registration deadline 2nd payment: Remaining balance (depending on the destination), 45 days prior to departure Notice: HorizonCosmopolite may cancel a program if there are less than 7 people registered in one group. In such a case, all previously submitted payments will be refunded. |
